Returns Policy

Please see the details below regarding the terms and conditions which apply to making any returns. Refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days of receiving the goods back and you will receive an email notification once your refund is processed. Please note that payment processing is beyond our control and it can take up to 3 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your account.

Please be aware that you will be responsible for returning goods to us at your own expense.

Please be aware that you will be responsible for returning goods to us at your own expense.


Regarding Returns:

- Customers can make returns of up to 10% of the quantity ordered for herringbone floors and up to 5% of the quantity ordered for straight plank floors to account for an overestimation in offcuts and waste.

- Customers will have 30 days to return goods for a refund.

- Goods returned within this time frame and within 10% of the order quantity will not carry a restocking charge.

- No returns of long profiles or skirting boards accepted.

- If you have placed your order online you will have 14 days to return any unwanted goods for a full refund.

- All goods returned must be unopened and in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund.

- If your order arrives damaged, please accept the delivery and sign for the goods as damaged, and get in contact with us to organise a refund/replacement.

- In order for any replacement of goods to be issued we must receive the damaged goods back.

- Please be aware that no replacement of goods will be issued if we cannot get the damaged goods back.

- Please be aware that you will be required to provide photographic evidence of the issue before the refund/ replacement can be processed.

- If your order arrives and nobody is home to receive it you will be liable to pay for the necessary second delivery charge to get your order re-delivered.

- Strictly no returns taken on the weekend. 

In-Store Purchases

- We will not accept the cancellation of orders made in-store. At the discretion of Wood Floor Store, we will accept returns within 10% of the order quantity to account for an overestimation of offcuts and wastage.
